The development scheme is the regulatory document which assists with planning, carrying out, promoting, coordinating and controlling land development within the PDA.
The Northshore Hamilton PDA Development Scheme (
6 MB) was amended on 28 October 2022.Note: Amendments to the Economic Development Act 2012 have changed the interpretation of PDA exempt and PDA self-assessable development. More information
EDQ is reviewing the Development Scheme to ensure it continues to operate effectively as the overarching planning document for the area.
The review includes examining land use and infrastructure planning and the assessment criteria included in the development scheme, which guides new development.

Cruise activity has relocated to the new Brisbane International Cruise Terminal at Luggage Point.
